We have nine horses with us out in Portugal for the Atlantic Tour. The first two weeks got us off to an excellent start. Claire Inglis's Renkum Dorenda has been consistently placed in the seven year old classes in both weeks.
The Cruden's Little Penny was placed in 1.30 classes the first two days and won final on the Sunday with David, and then jumped with her owner Helen Cruden in the second week. This was their first show together and Helen took the considerable pressure very well to put up some very good performances.
Dee Crossfield's Clear the Way was placed every day in the 1.30 classes and stepped up to 1.35 classes at the end of the second week.
We have been thrilled with Caroline Copland's lovely stallion Valencio who has been consistently placed in the 1.45 ranking classes.
Bob & Mary Baron's Willem has jumped consistently well in the 1.35 classes, and Global van 't Braunerhof has also jumped well and had placings in both the 1.40 and 1.45 classes.
Louise has been consistently in the top ten in the 1.30 classes with Anemone van de Kapel, and in the 1.40 classes with Sacripan la Chapelle.
Arantos has had two major wins, winning the 1.35 final in the first week, and the 1.45 Grand Prix in the second week.
