Having not had the best start with the weather, the horses still managed to pull it out the bag by jumping some brilliant rounds in Oliva Nova!
Miami 19 finished on a high by wining the final 6yr old class, with Diorados black diamond, owned by Louise Simpson & Lola Wade, also coming 5th. Louise Flower's, Felix X has stepped up and jumped many clears to come 4th in the 7yr old final.
To start the week, Jaffar de bourguignon jumped clear in the 1.30 gold, ending up 6th. Then the following day ended up going several places better and won the class. Fiona v/h lemmonshof and Berlin also continued Louise's winning streak in the 1.35 gold & 1.30 silver. Starfighter, owned by Alison Jackson, is also on wining form in the gold tour. Keoki, owned by Julia Cruden, has also stepped up and came 6th in the 1.45 gold. To end the show, Chessy 17 and Grafit both jumped double clear in the Grand Prix, finishing in 4th & 7th.
Chessy 17 & Keoki are now home, so that they can prepare for Al Ain CSIO5* in a weeks time, whilst the rest of the horses are still out in Spain and preparing for Met II.
